Here we explain what data we receive through importane.rs, what we use it for, who else can see it and how long we keep it.

Who processes your data

The controller is Importane Group d.o.o., Kej Skopskih Žrtava bb, 36300 Novi Pazar, Serbia.

Inquiry and quote form

When you send us an inquiry, we receive your first and last name, your phone number, your email address if you enter it, and a description of the property and measurements. Name and phone number are required, because without them we cannot get back to you.

Along with your message, the site automatically records the time of sending, the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser details.

The inquiry reaches our address [email protected] and is stored in the site database. We use it only to reply to you and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract is concluded.

Before the inquiry is saved, the Akismet service (Automattic Inc., USA) checks whether the message is spam. For this, Akismet receives the message content, your IP address and your browser details.

Phone, email and social networks

If you call or write to us directly, we use the details from the conversation or message only to reply to you.

The links to Facebook and Instagram lead to those networks. Their own privacy rules apply there.

Visit analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC). This shows us how many people visit the site, which pages they read and on what kind of device. We turn analytics on only if you accept it in the cookie banner. The legal basis is your consent.

Once you agree, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_TSK438JFMR, which last up to two years. Google receives your IP address and details about your browser and device, and the data may be transferred to the USA.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with the Cookie settings link in the site footer. We then delete the Google Analytics cookies and analytics is switched off.

Video on the home page

On the home page we show a video from YouTube (Google). The video loads in privacy-enhanced mode, from youtube-nocookie.com. YouTube still receives your IP address and browser details.

Cookies

Our site sets two cookies. pll_language remembers the language you chose and lasts one year. imp_saglasnost remembers your choice in the cookie banner and lasts six months.

We set Google Analytics cookies only with your consent. YouTube and Cloudflare may store their own technical data, as described above.

You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. The site still works.

Cloudflare and security

The site runs through the Cloudflare network (Cloudflare Inc., USA), which protects it from attacks and speeds up loading. On every visit, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical details of the request.

The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Only our team and the person who maintains the site can access the inquiries in the site database.

Who can access the data

We do not sell your data and do not hand it to anyone for advertising.

Only the services named on this page, our hosting provider, the person who maintains the site and the site backups can reach the data. Services in the USA transfer data under the safeguards they describe in their own privacy policies.

How long we keep data

We keep an inquiry while the conversation about the quote lasts. If you become our customer, we keep the data for as long as the regulations require for business records.

If we do not end up working together, we delete the inquiry when it is no longer needed, or as soon as you ask us to.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

You can lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Poverenik za informacije od javnog značaja i zaštitu podataka o ličnosti), Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Belgrade, poverenik.rs. Visitors from the European Union also have rights under the GDPR and can contact the supervisory authority in their own country.
